SlimFabulous Tip 1: Stay Hydrated

It may be hard to believe, but aside from my everyday dose of coffee and tea, the only other beverage I drink is water. I drink up to 6-8 glasses per day.  I am currently trying to stay fit during the spring and summer seasons, so water is my absolute best friend.  The benefits to drinking water are endless. It’s the natural remedy for headaches on those stressful days, alleviates cramps and belly bloat, reduces the risk of cancer, and overall puts you in a good mood.  Instead of buying water bottles, save some money and get yourself a cute eco-friendly water bottle and fill it up!
