Get Ready for Summer

I am all about healthy eating and exercising, and I want to make sure for this summer, I’m in tip-top shape so I can really enjoy the sun at the beach.  Let’s face it; we all have our lazy days where we don’t feel like schlepping to the gym. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t do quick and easy workouts at home; throw on your running shoes and workout with lightweights and resistant bands.  Get a head start with your workout schedule and drink plenty of water, because summer is creeping up closer than we know it!
