New Year’s Checklist

Happy New Year! Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, do you have a game plan for a new you? If you haven’t jotted down a New Year resolutions yet, here are few simple and inspiring to-dos for 2013 to get you started:

1. Start a healthy and active lifestyle. That means eating right, working out and making it a consistent part of your life.
2. Become more spiritual. Whether you’re into yoga, Pilates or meditation, make sure you’re looking after your mind, body and spirit.
3. Go on a nice and warm vacation. Sometimes, we all get really stressed and worn down. Take it easy and decompress. It could be a quick and easy weekend in Miami or a week long vacation in Hawaii. You deserve it!
4. Learn a new culture. Remember that foreign language course you took in high school? Why not relearn it all over again and plan a trip (a year in advance) to that country!
